안녕하세요. 답변이 늦었습니다.
1. 문법용어로 의문형용사라고 하는 what입니다. What time is it?의 what과 쓰임이 같습니다.
2. 앞 뒤 문맥이 없어 내용을 이해하기가 힘드네요. mustard seed는 작은 겨자씨가 큰 겨자나무가 된다는 성경 구절에 나오는 표현입니다. 여기서 shadow가 뭘 의미하는지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 겨자나무가 되어 그늘(shadow)을 드리워 준다는 말이 같이 나오기는 합니다만, 그 뜻을 의도한 것 같지는 않네요.
