1.throughout은 '여기저기에서' 정도 의미이므로 UNESCO,UNICEF and so many others 등과 같은 이런저런 조직에서 오신 분들께 감사드린다는 뜻입니다. from도 전치사이고 throughout도 전치사이기 때문에 전치사 2개를 겹쳐 쓴 틀린 표현처럼 보일 수도 있으나 상관 없습니다.
2. allow me to로 문장을 시작하면 Let me ~와 비슷한 정중한 문장이 됩니다. 제가 ~하겠습니다 정도 의미죠. UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova에게 감사한다는 말을 근사하게 한 것입니다. 감사하는 내용이 for 뒤에 나오는데, UNESCO has brought and will bring to the success of Education First는 앞에 나오는 leadership을 수식합니다. 결국 leadership에 대해 recognition을 표한다는 의미입니다. has brought and will bring은 지금까지 bring 해 왔고 앞으로 bring할 이라는 뜻입니다. UNESCO가 주어입니다.
3. call to action은 뭔가 행동(action)을 해야 한다는 요청이나 주장, 제안을 뜻합니다. 그런 call을 전하다, 전달하다라는 의미로 deliver를 쓴 것입니다. deliver는 물건을 배달하다라는 뜻 외에 메시지나 제안을 전한다는 의미도 지닙니다.
